West Nautical

Consult North were appointed as Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Contract Administrators to lead the refurbishment works for West Nautical and their “yacht shop”.

The property was originally acquired after Boots pharmacy vacated the premises. WN contacted us to take care of everything after they had procured initial designs themselves.

We took those design and helped formulate specifications in order to tender the works. We sought prices through a competitive tender process and appointed a fit-out Contractor. Consult North provided fit out management services and ensured the works were smooth sailing on site.

The refurbishment works were completed in a short timescale to allow WN to
furnish and set up their operations
