Javaad Khalil
Javaad is an award-winning construction consultant and the Founding Director of Consult North. Javaad is delivering construction projects from inception through to completion. Having extensive experience in on-site Project Management within various sectors allows Javaad to create feasible delivery solutions, and to be able to identify constraints and opportunities early on. This includes in both the design and the construction phases. He, along with the rest of the Consult North team, is dedicated to producing a high quality and personalised service throughout the entire lifecycle of your project.

Tom Foster
Tom adds real value at the early stages of projects where his relationship-based approach will help set up the project for success with extensive experience in the commercial and project management of projects in both London and the North.
He provides strong leadership and constantly challenges project teams to deliver against the aims and objectives of projects. Skilled at interpreting client and designer’s require- ments at an early stage, Tom understands the issues that can arise during construction that can impact both the budget and risk profile.
Thomas holds an honours degree in Quantity Surveyor from Northumbria University and is a Member of the Royal Insti- tution of Chartered Surveyors.
Graeme Wood
Graeme is our Project Manager who works closely with the design team from inception through to completion of a project to ensure the clients brief is achieved on time and in budget.
With a career starting as an apprenticeship and spanning over 25 years, he has worked as an architectural technician and project manager in award winning interior design and architectural studios, before making the shift client side to manage multi million pound developments in the hotel and leisure sector.
Known for his key strengths in problem solving, communication and leadership, Graeme excels at pulling the design team together and moving collectively to the common goal.
