Project Brief

Consult North were appointed as Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Contract Administrators to lead the refurbishment of a multi-million pound residential property in a highly sought after area. Our client, a HNW businessman, wanted little to no involvement on managing the project. Consult North stepped in and managed the project from inception to completion. The design brief included the creation of a dedicated utility/boot room, kids play/study room, cinema room, home office, bar area and chefs kitchen. The remainder of the house was to be refurbished to a high standard.

What We Did

Time was of the essence and we were tasked in July 2023 to have the house handed over before Christmas 2023. Consult North fast tracked the design stage and delved straight into a tender process – managing to appoint a contractor within a matter of weeks. The house was handed over for finishing touches in November 2023 and the results are exceptional. The client now retains Consult North for all of their construction and reactive maintenance needs.
